Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Where applicable a customer has an option to upgrade to faster shipping; please note the time reference specified on shipping options refers to the expected dispatch time after the order has left our premises. For example, if you selected the 2-3 Working Day Express Shipping option, you can expect to receive it 2-3 working days after we have dispatched the item.

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note refund or exchange.

All of our orders are packaged with the utmost care and attention. If in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please ensure you retain all packaging including the box, and contact us as soon as possible on 07831 861225. Without photographic evidence of the item and interior/exterior packaging, the courier will not process a claim and therefore the claim may be void. We will be in touch throughout the claims process with any updates and will aim to reach the best resolution possible.

Should you change your mind about an order, place an order by mistake, or for any other reason (other than damage incurred by the courier) just wish to return the order, you will be expected to cover the costs of return postage. 
Once your item has been sent back to us and inspected and approved, you will receive a credit note or exchange of goods offer to the value of the item on the same day. To be eligible for a credit note refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as sold. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable.

Credit notes are valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue and can be applied to online or in-store purchases.

Regrettably all deposits are non-refundable should a customer wish to cancel an order mid-way through a payment plan, with a credit note given for any additional instalments paid.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exemptions

There are certain situations where no credit note refund or exchange can be given; this applies to both in-store and online purchases:

  • Wrist / Pocket Watches
  • Mantle Clocks
  • Wall Clocks
  • Long Cased Clocks
  • Barometers
  • Clockwork Toys
  • Any item that is not in the condition in which it was sold; e.g. is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after in-store purchase or receipt of parcel delivery
  • Items knowingly sold with existing faults - this is declared by "A/F" on the ticket of the item - this means the item is "AS FOUND". 

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
